This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Divparser’s paid subscription plans.

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are billed in advance through our secure payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not automatically grant a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You were charged in error.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
  • A billing mistake occurred on our end.

Refunds are not provided for unused credits, change of mind, or failure to cancel before renewal.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. Include:

  • Your account email
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief explanation of the issue

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
